We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic **ICT Account Manager** to join our friendly team within a rapidly expanding company.
**Job Type: Full Time**
**Salary: $80,000 plus Superannuation**
**To be successful in this role, you must possess the following**:
- A **Bachelor's Degree** or equivalent.
- At least **2 years of relevant experience** in a sales or account management role, preferably within the telecommunications or ICT industry.
- A passion for building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored ICT solutions that meet client needs.
- Track and manage account activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding new products, services, and technologies.
- Ensure all accounts are managed effectively to increase retention and satisfaction levels.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
