Residential Youth Worker Opportunity
We are seeking dedicated individuals to work within a team of residential youth workers. The role involves ensuring the wellbeing and safety of young people, while working towards planned goals and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day coaching, mentoring, training and modeling to build life skills and support positive decision making in young people.
* Evaluate and meet the wellbeing needs of young people, working towards planned goals and independence.
Requirements:
* Cert IV Child, Youth & Family Intervention (Residential Care) or willingness to enroll and complete within 12 months; or
* A recognised qualification in Community, Youth Work or Human Services or relevant diploma or tertiary qualification.
