What role will you play?
You will collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training in the development and implementation of the Global Risk Training Program.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire project management lifecycle for risk training, including but not limited to stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and the analysis of data & analytics for delivered training modules.
Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to foster risk maturity within the Group.
What you offer
* Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering mandatory risk & compliance training, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
* Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, developing training materials and the ability to analyse feedback and data for continuous improvement.
* Experience in designing eLearning modules and using design tools such as Articulate.
* Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence outcomes.
* Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow.
