What You'll Be Doing
* Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Drive store sales, KPIs, and overall performance
* Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
* Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive workplace where people grow and succeed
* Build strong relationships with customers and the community
* Ensure smooth daily operations including rostering, compliance, and reporting
What We're Looking For
* Proven retail management experience in a high-volume environment
* A confident and supportive leader who thrives on coaching and mentoring
* Passion for customer service and a genuine love of pets
* Commercially minded - comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and P&L accountability
* Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
* Energetic, positive, and motivated by achieving results
