Your Staff Hub is looking for an early stage start up BD Manager to help us grow!

Your Staff Hub is an early-stage platform solving a real, painful problem: childcare centres struggling to fill last-minute staff shortages, and educators wanting more flexibility and control over their work. The product connects them directly, cutting out agencies and removing the fees and friction that come with them.

This role is 100% early stage selling. The product is still establishing itself in the market. You won't be walking into an established brand with inbound leads and a mature pipeline. You'll be creating your own momentum, cold outreach, door-knocking, networking, and onboarding centres onto the platform.

What this role looks like:

* You've done early-stage SaaS product selling before and you found it energising, not exhausting. You pick up new products quickly, and can confidently pitch the value proposition to a multitude of customers.
* You're relentless and highly motivated by the chase. Finding potential leads, getting face time with them, and helping them see how the product helps solve genuine pain points.
* You're motivated by taking bets on the upside of the growth story, and you're willing to wear the risk that comes with that.
* You work well with direct, high-expectation founders, you don't need feedback wrapped in cotton wool, and you're comfortable pushing back.
* You don't need a role that lets you settle into and grow slowly. We have very ambitious growth targets in the first few months. That requires daily hustle, disciplined pipeline management, and the resilience to keep going when doors close.

Compensation

Comp: $100,000 - $110,000 base + bonus + allowances + super

Location

Location: Melbourne - Two days in office.
