Key Leadership Role: Area Manager
The Area Manager plays a vital part in ensuring the effective management of multiple childcare centres.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Centre Directors to establish and implement efficient systems and operational processes for the day-to-day management of each centre.
* Provide guidance and support to centre leaders and staff to enhance their understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Establish and maintain open communication channels with staff, children, and families at each centre.
* Ensure each centre operates in compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, and the National Quality Framework.
* Nurture positive relationships with external agencies.
* Effectively manage centre budgets and expenditure within established guidelines.
Successful candidates will possess experience as an Area Manager, managing multiple childcare services, and demonstrate exceptional leadership, people management, and time management skills.
