We are a fast-growing kitchen and stone supplier working with builders, renovators, and developers across Queensland. We're looking for a driven, part-time sales consultant to join our team and help convert enquiries into solid deals. We manufacture Joinery of many different finishes and we Fabricate Stone Slabs all in house. We even make our own stone range
This is a casual role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who knows how to sell and wants strong earning potential without being stuck in a full-time role. All warm leads are from the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas
What you'll be doing:
* Handling incoming enquiries and warm leads from our many avenues as well as dealing with referral customers
* Meeting clients for in home appointments
* Current driver's licence essential for client appointments and site visits
* Designing kitchens laundries and anything related to joinery and stone (training provided and support always available)
* Following up leads and closing sales
* Building relationships with builders and repeat clients
What we're looking for:
* Proven sales experience (kitchens, cabinetry, building or similar is a big advantage) and if you have no experience but your hungry to sell we want to here from you, training will be provided
* Candidates with kitchen, cabinetry, or building industry sales experience will be given strong preference
* Minimum 6 months sales experience required
* Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Able to work independently without needing constant supervision
* Basic computer skills (quotes, emails, CRM if used)
* Honest and reliable
* Australian citizenship required
