At Cowal, our substantial investment has led to a longer mine life as we have boldly reimagined our future to 2040. Located near West Wyalong in central New South Wales, Cowal is a residential site where we encourage our people to live nearby and enjoy the close-knit communities and lifestyles of the surrounding areas.

This roster is 7/7 day night roster and a 12.5 hour day.

About the Role
This is a refreshed leadership opportunity within a newly restructured maintenance team at Cowal. Reporting directly to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, the Shift Supervisor Maintenance will take charge of mobile fleet operations across the site, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance are front and centre.
The role has been redefined to offer more strategic involvement, broader scope, and a clear pathway to future leadership. You'll be leading a capable team, coordinating scheduled and unplanned maintenance, and working closely with planning, operations, and supply chain teams to keep things running smoothly.

About You
You're ready to step up. Whether you're currently acting in a supervisor role or leading hands-on maintenance teams, you've built the experience and mindset needed to take the next step. Now you're looking for a role that recognises your leadership potential.
You bring:
* 5+ years' post-trade experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or acting leadership role
* Cert IV in Leadership & Management and G1–G9 qualifications (or a willingness to complete them)
* A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to balance people leadership and operational priorities
You're motivated by growth, responsibility, and the chance to contribute strategically. You value safety, accountability, and excellence, and you're ready to lead by example in a team that's known for its capability and cohesion.
