We're seeking the right person to be the BYD Western Australia Fleet Manager for the EV Dealer Group, leading a team to grow BYD Fleet sales in WA.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team focused on growing fleet sales across a diverse range of clients—from SMEs to large corporate fleets, leasing companies, not‐for‐profit organizations, and local, state and federal government entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of fleet sales consultants and administration staff
* Drive business development with fleet, commercial, and government clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally throughout WA
* Deliver tailored BYD fleet solutions aligned to client needs
* Monitor performance, pipeline, deliveries, customer experience, and sales targets

* Proven fleet management experience in automotive
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets
