We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and support our service team, driving performance through leadership, training, and development. This individual will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the workshop while fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers to help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the service team
* Coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment
