Key Responsibilities:
* Performing quality mechanical servicing, maintenance, and repairs of vehicles in a timely manner.
* Diagnose faults and carry out servicing utilising appropriate work practices, techniques, tools, and equipment.
* Maintain the mechanic workshop in a clean, safe and professional condition.
* Assist with the evaluation and road testing of customer’s vehicles.
* Develop and coach junior tradespeople and appentices.
Requirements:
* At Least 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
* Basic oral and written communication skills
* Leadership and coaching capabilities
* Experience across a range of vehicle makes and models
* A valid and current Australian Drivers’ license
* Trade qualifications as a Motor Mechanic - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
* A valid and current MVTC License (Based on State)
