This position is multi‐classed as either RN/M1 or RN/M2C and the appointment classification will bedeterminedby qualifications and experience.
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Join our Midwifery Base team (MBT) and Midwifery Antenatal and Postnatal (MAPCare) teams as a Registered Nurse/Midwife and make a real difference by contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality, and woman‐centred midwifery care.
If you are passionate about providing person‐centred clinical care through oversight of patient careplans andworking closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensureoptimaloutcomes for patients every day, then look no further.
You will play a vital role in supporting health service systems,assistingin planning, coordinating, and resolving care or service delivery challenges, while contributing to wider projects such as clinical protocols and process improvements. As a mentor and educator, you will guide students,new staff, and colleagues, fostering a culture of learning, reflection, and professional development.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
* Deliver high‐quality, person‐centred midwifery care and case management, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence‐based outcomes for patients and clients.
* Provide clinical leadership and coordination within the team/unit, overseeing care delivery,facilitatingpatient flow, and supporting multidisciplinary collaboration.
* Support operational and service improvement activities, including change management, problem solving, development of clinical protocols, and coordination of services across disciplines.
* Contribute to education, mentoring, and workforce development by supporting students,new staff, and less experienced clinicians through teaching, guidance, and professional development activities.
* Participate in quality improvement, clinical auditing, research, and evaluation activities to enhance patient outcomes andmaintainhigh standardsof clinical practice.
