We're looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant who enjoys variety, trust and meaningful work. Someone who likes switching between strategic thinking, detailed analysis and impactful stakeholder engagement, and who wants to grow in a team that backs each other.
You won't be stuck doing one thing, this role gives you real exposure across different types of work early. If you're ready for interesting work without the burnout culture, this might be your place.
What you'll be doing
* Working across our four practice areas: Public Sector Advisory, Program Evaluation, Procurement and Property advisory
* Using your critical thinking and commercial smarts to turn messy, ambiguous problems into clear insights and practical, decision-ready recommendations
* Running consultations and workshops, and working closely with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes, not just analyse issues
* Turning insights into clear, well-structured reports and presentations that help clients make confident decisions
* Supporting proposals and helping grow lasting client relationships
What you'll bring to the table
* 2–5 years consulting or professional experience
* Sharp thinking, strong attention to detail, and a knack for making sense of complexity
* Ability to balance priorities with a cool head and good humour
* A team-first mindset and a hunger to keep learning
* Experience in government, consulting, procurement, program evaluation, or property is highly regarded, but we value adaptable generalists just as much!
