* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position
* Solid computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
* A demonstrated understanding of exceptional customer service principles
* Experience in consistently developing and maintaining inspiring customer relationships
* Demonstrated strengths in planning, time management, flexibility, and technology use
