Role Description
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will lead and manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize marketing performance, and contribute to the overall success of the organization's marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, content marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, paid media, and display advertising.
* Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that engage customers, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
* Manage the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, including content creation, ad placement, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and visuals for digital channels (e.g., websites, blogs, social media, email).
* Work closely with the data and analytics team to track and report on campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
* Ensure the company's digital presence and branding are consistent across all channels and platforms.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and use insights to shape digital strategies.
* Oversee social media strategy and execution, managing both organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
* Lead email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, to nurture leads, drive customer retention, and promote new products/services.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation and conversion.
* Manage and grow the company's digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on driving growth through online channels.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, email marketing, and social media.
* Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.
* Solid understanding of web analytics and performance measurement, with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce compelling copy and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and the ability to design campaigns that engage at every stage of the funnel.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams and departments.
* Results-oriented, with a track record of driving measurable results from digital marketing campaigns.
