Your new role
We are seeking a Junior/Associate level Business Analyst with experience in SharePoint Online to assist with the migration of the Intranet and Controlled Documents Management Systems to SharePoint Online.
This 3-month contract role, based in Sydney, offers flexible hybrid working arrangements. As the discovery phase of the project is complete, your focus will be on supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring all requirements are accurately captured within the system. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and solution partners to validate requirements, document processes, and facilitate user adoption through testing and training.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in SharePoint projects to contribute to a high-impact initiative and further develop their expertise in a collaborative environment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Around 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
* Practical experience with SharePoint Online, including intranet content management and document libraries.
* Exposure to document governance frameworks or Controlled Document Management Systems (advantageous).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.
