Previous experience and/or qualifications in teacher aiding will be viewed favourably.
This position will commence in early Term 3.Applications are invited from Teacher Aides who:Assist teachers and students with teaching and learning activities.Display respect and empathy for all students, and especially those with additional learning needs.Display confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitivity to students and their families.Assist in preparing, storing, making available and clearing away teaching equipment and materials.Assist teaching staff with playground and bus supervision.Establish and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships between the school and community, particularly regarding the ethical obligations outlined in the School Code of Conduct.This position may also provide administrative support to the College, as required.
