About the Role
We are seeking an experienced One Identity Manager Consultant / Developer to play a key role in the enhancement and expansion of an enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This role will focus on improving and extending an existing One Identity Manager solution through the deployment of additional services and capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to confirm requirements, design solutions, configure and build enhancements, and support successful deployment into production.
Key Initiatives You'll Work On
* Enhancing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
* Improving management of machine and service accounts
* Expanding system integration to increase the IAM footprint across the enterprise
* Designing and delivering new identity lifecycle and access management capabilities
Key Responsibilities Application Development
* Develop and maintain product customisations within One Identity Manager, including:
o Value templates
o Condition scripts
o Process tasks (VB.NET)
* Build and enhance custom web portals and UI components using Angular and TypeScript
* Design and implement between One Identity Manager and external systems using:
o .NET (C# or VB.NET)
o APIs and web services
* Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and performance-focused
Technical Delivery & Expertise
* Architect and implement advanced identity lifecycle management, provisioning and de‐provisioning workflows
* Design and enhance RBAC frameworks aligned to business needs
* Create complex reports, dashboards, and visualisations within One Identity Manager
* Ensure delivered solutions align with security policies, compliance requirements, and best practices
Collaboration & Leadership
* Work closely with business stakeholders to analyse and document IGA requirements
* Partner with architects, support teams, and change management to deploy new services successfully
* Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and technical guidance
* Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment
