Role Description

This part-time role is for an on-site Office Manager in Canberra. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation. Responsibilities include managing records, scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with internal communications. The Office Manager will also play a crucial role in supporting the team and upholding a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Strong organisational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and time management.

Proficiency in communication, internal correspondence, and stakeholder engagement.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Experience in office resource management, including procurement and inventory handling.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain operational efficiency.

Familiarity with office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.

Prior experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role is highly desirable.

* Qualifications or certifications in business administration, management, or a related discipline are advantageous.

Must Haves

We operate in secure environments that require our staff to be Australian citizens and able to obtain and sustain a national security clearance.
