About the role
Scalzo and Wilks Group are seeking experienced and dedicated Concrete Finishers, Pump Operators, and Supervisors to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring the highest quality concrete finishes and efficient operations on site.
What you'll be doing
1. Expertly finishing concrete surfaces to exacting standards
2. Operating and maintaining concrete pumps and related equipment
3. Supervising and coordinating the work of concrete finishing teams
4. Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
5. Collaborating with the wider construction team to meet project deadlines and objectives
What we're looking for
1. Extensive experience as a Concrete Finisher, Pump Operator, or Supervisor in the construction industry
2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality concrete finishes to industry standards
3. Proficiency in operating and maintaining concrete pumps and related equipment
4. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage and train teams
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
6. Commitment to upholding strict health, safety, and environmental protocols
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative construction environment
