Are you a passionate Registered or Enrolled Nurse looking for a rewarding night shift role? As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of residents overnight. This is an opportunity to work in a calm yet dynamic environment, providing essential clinical care and leadership during night shifts.
Your Role
You will ideally be available for 4-5 weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, 10.30pm - 06.00am. During your shifts you will:
o Monitor and assess residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort.
o Respond promptly to medical concerns and provide emergency care if required.
o Administer medications and treatments as per care plans.
o Provide leadership and support to overnight care staff, ensuring smooth operations.
o Ensure accurate documentation of all care activities and resident updates.
About You:
You're a skilled and compassionate nursing professional who thrives in a night shift role. You bring:
o Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
o Current first aid and CPR certificate.
o Clinical knowledge and experience in aged care or night duty nursing.
o The ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions overnight.
