We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Expert to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that showcase your creativity and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain exceptional food standards, presentation, and cooking techniques.
* Conduct research to improve the efficiency of our kitchen operations.
* Coordinate daily food requirements considering delivery times, shelf life, and storage capabilities.
* Ensure equipment is safe to operate and report maintenance issues promptly.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu products and services.
* Assess product quality and services delivered by the kitchen.
* Solve escalated customer complaints in conjunction with our Head Waiter/Waitress.
* Maximise business revenues.
* Lead the kitchen team and report to our Head Chef.
* Complete reporting tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
* Effective time management skills, including managing multiple priorities, volume, and deadlines.
