Gram Café & Pancakes Chadstone is looking for an experienced and passionate full‐time barista to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in customer service, works well under pressure, and is committed to delivering consistently high‐quality coffee and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving high‐quality coffee and beverages
* Maintaining beverage consistency and presentation standards
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting with opening and closing duties
* Keeping the beverage station clean, organised, and fully stocked
* Working closely with the front‐of‐house and kitchen teams
* Handling busy service periods efficiently and professionally
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years barista experience
* Confident with dialling in coffee and adjusting grind settings
* Experience with high‐volume service environments
* Robust communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and team‐oriented
* Full working rights in Australia
* Weekend availability is essential
