What You'll Be Doing 
Lead & Motivate – Support the Restaurant Manager to inspire, coach, and empower a high-performing team. 
Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth and effective shift operations across all areas of the restaurant. 
Guest Experience – Deliver consistently high standards, creating memorable experiences for every guest. 
Performance Focused – Achieve operational and financial targets while fostering team success. 
People Development – Mentor and develop team members, supporting them to build skills and grow within the business. 
Safety & Compliance – Uphold safety, quality, and operational standards with precision. 
What We're Looking For 
Strong leadership skills with experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
