We are currently seeking a Water Pipeline Operator to join our expanding team at Blackwater.
This opportunity is open to candidates suitably qualified Electricians, Boilermakers, Fitters, and experienced pump or machine operators who are keen to apply their technical skills within the water pipeline industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our client's assets safely, professionally, and to the highest standards. We're looking for team members who take pride in their work, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
The Position
* Pump and motor inspection, maintenance and replacement.
* Pipeline and associated equipment operation, service and maintenance.
* Pipeline diagnostics of operational issues.
* Scheduled preventative maintenance.
* Ability to determine resource and material requirements

Minimum Criteria
* Trade Qualifications in your chosen field
* Current Open Driver's License
* Ability to past a QLD Coal Board Medical
* Ability to undertake regular Drug and Alcohol Testing
* Construction White Card (CPCCOHS1001A - Work safely in the construction industry or CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry) – card must be issued after 2015 to be accepted
* Knowledge of safety issues relevant to the industry and a commitment to safe working practices
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to determine resource and material requirements and manage multiple activities at the same time.
