**About the Role**
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure a safe and professional environment for all facility patrons at all times
- Pre-empt, address and resolve issues as per RLC procedures and guidelines as required
- Assist in coordinating employees in the absence of the Program Team Leaders
- Ensure employees adhere to and complete all general procedures in a timely and safe manner
- Provide timely reporting of daily operations and critical issues - Provide advice to members and guests and refer specific enquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Supervise and provide leadership to all employees.
- Respond to and deal appropriately with customer feedback and operational issues that may arise and report to the appropriate Team Leader.
- Manage plant and equipment to ensure health and safety standards are met and undertake timely testing of the quality of water bodies.
- Implement emergency procedures and co-ordinate appropriate action as required and report to the Aquatic Operations Team Leader
**Skills & Experience**
- Working With Children's Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Current Pool Lifeguard Award
- Aquatic Technical Operations Certificate (Desirable)
- Experience in Administration/Customer Service in a similar centre or organisation. (Desirable)
