We are looking for a reliable and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team at a busy waterfront restaurant in Hope Island.
This role suits someone confident working on grill, pasta, or pizza, who can handle service pressure and take pride in consistent food quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
* Work confidently on grill, pasta, or pizza section
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
* Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards
* Work well within a team and take direction from Head Chef
Requirements
* Previous kitchen experience (grill, pasta, or pizza essential)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good time management and reliability
* Flexible availability including weekends
* Own reliable transport is mandatory
