About This Role
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team as a Conveyancer.
The position involves providing administrative support, preparing legal documents and correspondence, conducting property conveyancing transactions, assisting in the conduct of probate files, and assisting in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
* Conducting property conveyancing transactions.
* Assisting in the conduct of probate files.
* Assisting in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
* Typing of dictated correspondence and documents.
* Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and other client-related activities.
* Answering telephone calls.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a legal secretary or conveyancing role.
* Sound knowledge of PEXA and Duties Online.
* Strong proficiency in using legal software and systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
* Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
* Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
