Senior Project Manager – Luxury Boutique Developer | Sydney
Our client is a highly regarded boutique property developer based in Sydney, renowned for delivering luxury multi-residential and bespoke mixed-use projects.
With a strong reputation for design excellence, quality finishes, and high-end delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery across landmark luxury developments.
This role will see you manage projects from design and approvals through to procurement, construction, and handover.
Working closely with directors, consultants, and builders, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of luxury residential and mixed-use developments in Sydney.
- Drive project planning, feasibility, and design management through approvals and construction.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and commercial management to ensure strong financial outcomes.
- Build and manage relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery excellence in line with brand standards and luxury market expectations.
- Report directly to the Directors on program, budget, risk, and project outcomes.
About You
- 8+ years’ experience in project management across property development, client-side consultancy, or construction.
- Strong background delivering high-end residential, boutique mixed-use, or luxury developments.
- Proven track record managing projects from inception through to completion.
- Excellent commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design and delivering to the highest standards.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
