Role Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team. The RN will work in the Broken Hill Community and/or Hospital in the Home, depending on service demand and patient needs.
