About the Role
As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Queensland sales team to achieve outstanding results and growth.
Your key objective will be to identify, develop and close profitable resourcing services opportunities.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other senior decision-makers.
Strategically positioning our company in the Queensland marketplace to maximize business opportunities is also a critical aspect of this role.
In addition, you will prepare compelling sales proposals, manage contract negotiations and deliver accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in ICT Recruitment, Augmentation or Professional Services Sales Management.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with high-level contacts, including CxO and management level professionals, is essential.
You should have experience working collaboratively with other sales executives to achieve outcomes.
