* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive legal support across the project lifecycle, encompassing development, finance, construction, operation and maintenance
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to infrastructure development and construction
About You
* Experience:
* At least 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in construction, infrastructure, or major projects law
* Strong ability to interact with stakeholders and counterparts
Additional Qualifications
* Expertise in property, planning, and permitting
* Knowledge of the renewable energy sector
* Mergers & acquisitions experience
* Dispute resolution skills
