We are an independent bakery dedicated to traditional methods, seasonal ingredients, and exceptional sourdough. Our mission is simple: bake bread that nourishes and delights — with integrity, skill, and soul.
We’re looking for a **skilled artisan baker** to join our team — someone with a passion for fermentation, a deep respect for process, and hands-on experience crafting beautiful, naturally leavened sourdough loaves.
What You'll Do:
- Mix, shape, and bake sourdough bread and viennoiserie to a high standard
- Manage bulk fermentation, proofing, and baking schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Participate in recipe development and seasonal specials
- Monitor quality, consistency, and waste control
What You Bring:
- Minimum **3 years of hands-on sourdough baking experience**:
- Strong understanding of wild fermentation and dough handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, passionate team
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Early riser with stamina for physical, fast-paced work
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with laminated doughs or wholegrain baking
- Interest in local grains or regenerative sourcing
- Supervisory or training experience
