* Implement effective needle and syringe exchange programs, prioritizing public health.
* Monitor blood pressure and cholesterol levels, taking proactive steps to prevent complications.
* Organize diabetes screening exercises, promoting preventive healthcare practices.
* Arrange prompt delivery of prescribed medicines to ensure timely access to necessary treatments.
* Provide comprehensive training to pharmacy support staff, fostering growth and development within the team.
* Promote efficient budget management practices, optimizing resource allocation.
Requirements
* A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree is required.
* AHPRA registration is mandatory for this position.
* At least 4 years of retail pharmacy experience is essential for success in this role.
* Proficiency in pharmacy dispensing software is crucial for operational efficiency.
* Excellent customer service and pharmaceutical counseling skills are vital for delivering high-quality patient care.
* Experience in adverse drug reaction monitoring is highly desirable.
