Sales Executive – Premium Patisserie | Path to Sales & Marketing Manager
Spoon Patisserie is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness for our premium patisserie products.

Key responsibilities
Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into sales
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients
Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and promote our product range
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Participating in trade shows, industry events and other promotional activities
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Thorough understanding of the local food and beverage market and industry trends
Highly motivated, driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred
Australian work rights required for this position
Extensive network and active connections into the traditional café and pubs & clubs market with local experience
