Sales Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, growing sales revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships within the APAC region to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Work with prospective clients to transition them through the sales pipeline.
* Achieve specific KPIs and sales targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including premium clients, to increase funding and maximize retention.
* Build trust with clients to obtain referrals and solidify relationships through phone-based conversations and WhatsApp chat.
Requirements:
* Bahasa Indonesia (or Malay) speaking proficiency is desired but not mandatory.
* Ability to work 5 days a week in the office.
* Interest in trading, FX, Crypto, or general finance.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to confidently present ideas, negotiate, and resolve client issues.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
* Competence in using systems such as Google Suite, Salesforce, MetaTrader 4 / 5, TradingView, and Quicksight.
