This role will support brand marketing of Australia's most prestigious and unique hotels to achieve the core purpose of creating lasting guest memories.
What can you expect from a day in this role?
Join us to lead brand strategy and marketing execution, you'll be responsible for brand development, marketing campaigns, and experience activations that drive revenue, strengthen brand equity, and enhance guest and stakeholder engagement.
You'll be tasked with combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring consistency from Federal Hospitality's brand architecture through to the asset brand guides and alignment with commercial goals.
What will you bring to the role?
We are seeking a passionate Brand Manager who is highly organised, creative and curious, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a diverse and ever-changing work environment. You will be a strong communicator with proven success in marketing multi-brand portfolios. Experience in consumer marketing and tourism/hospitality is favourable, as is experience with a diverse portfolio brand management. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* Develop and execute brand and marketing plans, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, PR, partnerships, and owned channels.
* Manage content strategy for owned and paid platforms, collaborating on creative development and maintaining brand tone.
* Coordinate product launches, promotions, and events, tracking performance, ROI, and engagement.
* Foster collaboration and leadership, aligning with internal teams and coaching contributors for effective delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement through analytics, CRM insights, MarTech adoption, and participation in cross-asset initiatives.
