Overview
Profectus is seeking Expressions of Interest from Organisational Change Managers to support anticipated opportunities across multiple Australian Government departments and the broader national security community. These roles are expected to lead change adoption activities across Commonwealth platform rollouts, transformation programs and ways-of-working initiatives. Opportunities are most likely to be Canberra-based, with potential travel to government and industry partner sites nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver change strategies, plans and adoption activities
* Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness reporting
* Design and deliver communications, training and engagement materials
* Embed change networks, champions and adoption support models
* Partner with project managers, sponsors and capability owners across the lifecycle
* Measure adoption outcomes and refine plans based on feedback
* Maintain change artefacts aligned to Commonwealth governance expectations
Required Experience
* Demonstrated change management experience on enterprise transformation programs
* Experience working within Australian Government or other regulated environments
* Strong understanding of contemporary change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
* Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfort operating in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder program environments
* Experience leading change on cloud, identity, ServiceNow or cyber programs
* Background in workforce transition, capability uplift and operating model change
* Familiarity with classified network constraints and their implications for engagement
* Exposure to large-scale APS or Defence transformation programs
Certifications (Highly Regarded)
* Change Management Institute (CMI) accreditation
* APMG Change Management Foundation or Practitioner
* Agile and SAFe accreditations
Security Requirements
* Must be an Australian Citizen
* Must hold a current Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearance (minimum)
Working Arrangements
* Predominantly Canberra-based roles within secure Australian Government environments
* Onsite work is expected for most opportunities, including engagement on classified networks
