Position summary:
Organize and coordinate the daily activities of the workers to ensure that the manufacturing activities comply with the established production specifications and plans, and meet the output, cost and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Supervise employees to carry out production tasks, rationally allocate and utilize resources, and complete production tasks under the premise of ensuring quality.
* Responsible for production schedule, personnel deployment, attendance, and assessment.
* Responsible for quality control, 5S and EHS work on production site.
* Update production-related data and reports in time.
* Responsible for solving the abnormal situation in the production site or communicating with relevant departments for support and joint solution.
* Train new workers on company operating procedures and standards.
* Comply with company EHS requirements to ensure compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
Ideal candidate experience:
At least 2 years working experience in process and production coordination in manufacturing enterprises.
Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):
* Familiar with the production process and quality standards of the industry.
* Production operation management and product knowledge related training experience.
* Familiar with office software.
* Good teamwork ability.
* Good communication skills, coordination skills, able to work under high pressure.
Qualifications/ certifications:
* College degree or above in industrial engineering or related major.
