Administration Officer
As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative processes, you will provide an exceptional first impression to all clients, customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming guests, determining their needs, ensuring that these are met in an efficient and friendly manner and ensuring that guests are seen to their host.Promptly attending to incoming calls, directing accordingly and taking appropriate messages as required.Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are set up for each meetingLiaise with and establish effective working relationships with key staff to ensure that the support, learning priorities and needs are effectively met
Key RequirementsDemonstrated experience in an administrative setting and the ability to manage a multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentProficiency in computer literacy (in particular, Office 365, especially Word and Excel with database management skills preferable)Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) together with strong problem-solving skillsA strong understanding of the importance of discretion, as the role involves working with sensitive informationA Valid Working with Children Check
