We are seeking a highly skilled creative professional to join our team as an Art Director/Designer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strong art direction across various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with current trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design a wide range of design output that supports the client's vision and objectives.
* Provide conceptual thinking and visualise live events and activations.
* Stay across current trends and bring fresh thinking to each brief.
* Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all assets are aligned and consistent.
* Participate in brainstorms, communicate concepts clearly, and take direction and feedback from account leads.
* Contribute to client presentations and pitch decks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of agency experience developing high-quality creative assets.
* Ability to generate multiple concepts quickly and effectively.
* A strong eye for design and the communication skills to articulate your thinking.
* Confident collaborating across internal teams and directly with clients.
* Ability to quickly understand and work within different brand identities.
* Proficiency in Photoshop and other relevant image-editing tools and apps.
* Experience with Rhino 3D rendering is a bonus.
* A willingness and eagerness to embrace new rendering AI technology fast.
* Solid understanding of image display standards across all social platforms.
* Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite.
