Client Manager (BAS Agent) – Lead with Heart in a Boutique Bookkeeping & Advisory Firm
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential to move to full-time as the role expands

As we continue to grow, we're looking for our eighth team member — an experienced Client Manager (BAS Agent) who enjoys variety, thrives on building strong relationships, and brings a forward-thinking, tech-savvy approach to their work.
The Role
As our new Client Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of clients and play a key role in managing delivery, quality, and team performance. You'll combine your technical expertise with your ability to mentor, communicate, and problem-solve across a dynamic and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of small-to-medium business clients
* Running client meetings and providing practical cashflow and advisory insights
* Reviewing and finalising high-level bookkeeping, BAS, and payroll work
* Mentoring and supporting your team (both onshore and offshore)
* Collaborating with our CEO and Production Managers on client delivery and workflow
This is a stable, long-term role for someone who values flexibility and wants to make a meaningful impact on a small, supportive firm.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of bookkeeping experience within a bookkeeping or accounting firm
* 5+ years in a client management and/or team leadership role
* Proven experience managing 25+ clients
* A confident, warm, and professional communication style
* Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and results focus
* Experience leading performance reviews and guiding workflows
Your Toolkit

* Cert IV in Bookkeeping
