 
        
        **About the role 
This position is responsible for providing high level administrative, contractual, and commercial support services to the Director of Corporate Services. This position will set priorities, organise, coordinate and monitor corporate operations and projects as required to assist in achieving organisational goals and objectives including: 
assist the corporate services team to undertake facilities management including the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive records of all contract material, performance and other data as defined by the Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract. 
develop and maintain productive professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. 
About you 
Provide professional and confidential secretarial support by preparing and coordinating high level meeting agendas (generating and distributing relevant documents such as reports, correspondence etc), recording and circulating minutes and follow up of action items. 
Provide support to the Director of Corporate Services in organising meetings and preparing any relevant briefing materials. 
Coordinate operational functions of Corporate Services and undertake special projects and assignments as required by the Director of Corporate Services 
Assist in the development, maintenance and analysis of contract management documentation, procedures, data and records to support the effective management of MNHHS obligations as defined by the PPP agreement. 
Assist facility services in the management and monitoring of hard and soft facility maintenance services including Minor Works and Modification processes. 
Assist in the assessments, inspections, and audits where applicable, to ensure services are delivered to the applicable standards and in consideration of STARS' requirements under the PPP arrangement.
