As the Bell Captain, you will lead and supervise our bell desk, valet, transportation, and airport operations teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.Oversee and coordinate bell desk, valet, transportation, and airport operationsSupervise, train, and schedule bell service staff to maintain high service standardsEnsure efficient handling of guest luggage, deliveries, and transportation requestsMaintain accurate records of all deliveries and guest services providedCoordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptlyManage and maintain bell desk equipment and suppliesProvide local area information and assist guests with inquiriesImplement and enforce safety protocols and proceduresMonitor and improve service quality through regular staff evaluations and feedbackAssist in upselling hotel amenities and services when appropriateHandle special requests and VIP guest services with utmost care and attentionQualificationsMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel guest services or related fieldExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic highly preferredExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Opera Property Management System or similar hotel softwareFamiliarity with local culture, customs, and attractions in Jeddah and surrounding areasPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage handlingValid driver's license and clean driving recordFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situationsStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectivelyHospitality management education or related certifications are a plusAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
