Due to continued growth in our service division, we’re expanding our team and looking for another Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our office team and help run the engine room of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing inbound calls and booking service jobs
* Scheduling and dispatching technicians, ensuring efficient daily runs
* Adjusting schedules in real time to manage breakdowns, delays and changes
* Managing all customer communication (phone, SMS, email) including updates and expectations
* Rescheduling jobs and ensuring minimal downtime or gaps in technician schedules
* Keeping all jobs accurately updated in our Job Management System - AroFlo
* Working closely with another Scheduling Coordinator to ensure the day runs smoothly
* Supporting technicians with job-related information and coordination
What we need from you:
* Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
* Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet
* High attention to detail
* Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
* A proactive, can-do attitude and team mindset
* Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands throughout the day
* Reliability, accountability, and ownership of your role
