About the Role
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions while ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience.
Responsibilities
1. Presenting finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
2. Structuring competitive finance packages
3. Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and suppliers
4. Ensuring all deals are compliant and accurately processed
5. Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
6. Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
Qualifications
7. Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager (or strong F&I background)
8. Strong closing skills and ability to maximise penetration rates
9. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
10. High level of organisation and attention to detail
11. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
12. Knowledge of compliance and lending requirements
