**What you'll do
- Manage key initiatives and projects within the Fruit & Veg team to work closely with the team to deliver tailored ranges
- Influence data lead decisions to achieve optimal outcomes for our internal and external stakeholders
- Develop & implement strategies that ensure we continually deliver on these offers for our customers.
- Support key strategic initiatives that deliver against the sales, profit and market share targets Partner with our suppliers to deliver long term relationships that supports the category strategy
**What you'll bring
- Previous experience in fast paced role with an emphasis on project management across cross functional areas
- A broad skill set in increasing sales and profit through implementation of strategic initiatives
- Analytical skills and an understanding of customer insights to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence with multiple stakeholders
