The Role:
The Loss Prevention Associate (Full-time) is responsible for a variety of Loss Prevention tasks, such as preventing theft, performing investigations and inventory accuracy. Working closely with the Loss Prevention Manager, Business Operations Support Manager, and Store Operations this role will have a focus on supporting the store team in ensuring the highest level of standards in policy and procedure are achieved. A focus of this role will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and company assets.
This role will require you to be rostered across a variety of shifts including late night trading, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Covert Loss Prevention on the sales floor to identify potential theft.
• Proactively deter theft by involving the Store Operations team in the implementation of key Loss Prevention procedures.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and proactively clearing store clouds alerts and notices.
• Partner with Loss Prevention and Business Operations Support (BOS) to manage and resolve all field investigations.
• Ensure policy and procedures of internal controls are implemented through audits.
• Work with key stakeholders to communicate, monitor and enforce operational standards.
• Operate, monitor, and utilize internal surveillance and security equipment.
