We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Laboratory Technician to join our team situated midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The position on offer will assist our business in servicing the needs of the pharmaceutical, complementary medicines and veterinary industries.

Your main duties will include:
> Testing of finished products and raw materials for physical parameters such as disintegration, hardness, moisture, friability, particle size and appearance. Optical rotation, absorbance, IR, uniformity of mass and other testing may also be included.
> Testing of finished products and raw materials using traditional wet chemistry techniques.
> Review of data.
Additional duties may include but not be limited to:
> Preparation of solutions, reagents etc.
> Cleaning of glassware and work areas.
> Computer data entry.
The position on offer is a full time position working 38 hours per week.
The successful applicant will have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work autonomously or in a group. Attention to detail is essential.
