We are seeking a proactive and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll be the go-to person during your shift, responsible for supervising staff, resolving customer issues, and maintaining operational efficiency across departments. This is an ongoing part time role with set 21hours Thursday, Friday & Sunday. (negotiable for the right candidate).
Key Aspects of the role:
* Act as the primary point of contact for staff and customers during shifts
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
* Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or feedback as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities
* Communicate effectively with senior management and relay operational updates
* Assist in training new staff
* Lead the team by example and create a high energy environment
* Drive servie innovation and guest experience
Skills:
* Approved Manager & RSA
* Food Handler Certificate
* 2 year's experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with POS

Pay: $28.12 – $42.18 per hour
